Hi, I’m Noelle – and I’m on Ozempic.

Eating hasn’t been the same since I started. I’m not hungry most of the time, and when I am, it’s hard to know what will sit right. I created this blog because I couldn’t find anything that felt honest or helpful. Most of the advice I came across was either painfully clinical or overly optimistic. I needed something real.

This is a space for people who are figuring out how to eat again while taking a GLP-1 medication. Maybe you’re feeling nauseated, unsure what your body wants, or tired of throwing away half-eaten meals. Maybe you’re trying to stay healthy while also dealing with weird cravings or an appetite that ghosted you. You’re not alone, and you’re not doing it wrong.

I live with two cats: Nibbles, a finicky little food critic, and Thrive, a lovable disaster who would absolutely eat garbage if given the chance. They’re not nutrition experts, but they do add some levity around here. On any given day, I feel like one of them: careful and cautious, or chaotic and snacky. It’s a vibe.

On this site, you’ll find tips, recipes, product reviews, and the kind of trial-and-error that comes from actually living this experience. I also talk about the awkward stuff, like eating in front of other people or figuring out how to eat while traveling.

If you’re looking for perfect meal plans, this probably isn’t the place. But if you want something honest, useful, and occasionally funny, I’m glad you’re here.

Let’s figure this out, one bite at a time.

With love,
Noelle
